Riverlights Spring Open House

The moment you arrive in Riverlights, you’ll find yourself surrounded by sun-sparkled water, smiling neighbors, and small-town charm. We invite you to our Riverlights Spring Open House on Saturday, May 3, during the Parade of Homes. We’re known for our southern hospitality and sunsets – and you’ll find plenty of both during the home tour and live concert. See the full details below!

Your Event Itinerary for Saturday, May 3

If you were already planning to visit Wilmington, or if you’re in search of a new home and the coastal Carolinas are calling your name, you won’t want to miss the spring festivities!!

 

Riverlights Spring Open House Event: 12 PM – 3 PM

  • First Stop – Welcome Tent: Start on Model Row and grab your free Riverlights tote bag, including an event map and other area guides.
  • Model Homes: Explore our 12 model homes and speak with top builders.
  • Enjoy Live Music: David Dixon will be performing on Model Row from 12 PM – 2:15 PM.
  • Grab A Bite to Eat: Refreshments will be available and enjoy delicious local treats from our food truck vendor.
  • Quick Move-In Homes: Follow your map to our 20+ homes that are ready now!

 

Concert at Live Oak Commons: 3 PM – 6 PM

  • Dance Until Dusk: End your perfect day by dancing to the live music as the sun sets over our riverfront Live Oak Commons.
