RiverLights Announces New Townhome Subdivision
RIVERLIGHTS ANNOUNCES NEW TOWNHOME SUBDIVISION, “SOUTHERN GALE TOWNHOMES” BY LAUREL HOMES
WILMINGTON, N.C. – Nov. 9, 2017 – RiverLights, Wilmington’s premier master-planned community, is pleased to announce the addition of Southern Gale Townhomes, developed by Wilmington builder Laurel Homes. Coming in 2018, the townhome neighborhood will expand the roster of home options within the RiverLights community with packages starting in the mid-$200,000s.
Southern Gale Townhomes will feature spacious, elegant layouts, from 1,455 to 1,782 square feet, specifically designed for the RiverLights coastal lifestyle. To accommodate a wide range of families, there will be three floor plan options that include two, three and four bedroom layouts–The Sloop, The Schooner and The Clipper.
