Let's find your home in Riverlights. From festively styled model homes to complimentary gifts and treats, our Holiday Home Tour has everything you need to feel the joy of finding your new home. After you stroll through the model homes, join us in Live Oak Commons for our Holiday Tree Lighting and Festival of Trees Event at 5pm. Glittering holiday trees decorated by local nonprofits transform our park into a winter wonderland filled with live music, treats, a sneak peek performance of Wilmington Ballet Company’s The Nutcracker, and festivities. When you come, make sure to vote for your favorite nonprofit tree! The winner will receive a $500 donation from Riverlights.
